Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, customized, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes after they are placed. Once processing begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged during transit, or an incorrect item was delivered.
